My clamps was always just laying around my shop. They ended up every ware from may table saw to behind my lath. I searched the internet high and low and did not fins any good ideas that will fir my shop. Don’t get me wrong there is plenty of good clamp racks out there from swing door to the mobile versions. In needed something that would not take up a lot of floor space and yet have the ability to store my 8ft and 6ft clamps. I have a lot of pipe clams and a few Jet ones. I also have a lot of the Bora quick clamps that I use the most of any clamp in my shop. I would like to get some more Jet clamps but they are very pricy and I need to wait for a sale at Rocler or Amazon to get them, that’s why I only have 4 of them so far. The system now is most probably not the prettiest but it works very well for me. When I have more time on my hands I will build a pretty one like the ones your see on the web.

What the hell are you talking about…...
Those clamps look PRETTY secure & organized to me! That is a very innovative idea!
BTW: I’m going to steal your idea. If you don’t like it…you’re PRETTY much outta luck, I’m stealing it anyway! Be thankful I don’t steal your clamps!

Looks good to me! Whatever works. I just built a rack for my clamps after too many years of threatening to make one! Like you said, it might not be the prettiest one, but it works for me! You guys have too many good ideas for the shop on here. I can’t keep up. I’ve made more improvements to my shop since finding this site than in the last 17 years!

And now your clamps are standing at attention ready to serve you at a moments notice. Nice going.

Well the biggest benefit of this is that I can see all my clamps. In the past like a mentioned, it was stacked in a pile and always used what is on top. It was always a challenge to keep it clean and now I can just ran some air over them to remove any dust. I just need to add more space since I just have enough for my current clamps and if I should get any more I will have no space to station them.

No not really, I have never had so many clamps until a sale at Harbor Freight a while ago, I pick them up dirt cheap and a local pipe yard gave me a good deal on galvanized pipe.So all and all my pipe clamps cost less than my four Jet Bar Clamps. I like the deep clamp surface of the Jet Bar clamps but the pipe clamps work well and I have no complaints. The one from Rockler is also pretty cool just 10 time the price of the ones at HF.
